Thank you for having been a part of Redbox Instant by Verizon. As you are aware, the service halted on October 7, 2014.
Customers were informed of applicable monthly subscription and on-demand movie rental fee refunds via email on October 10. Those refunds were automatically credited to customers' payment card accounts by October 24.
If you purchased digital on-demand movies from us, please be aware that we have partnered with M-GO, a leading provider of premium pay-as-you-go digital entertainment, to provide access - at NO COST to you - for your movies purchased through Redbox Instant by Verizon that are available on M-GO. You will receive a credit from M-GO for any of your purchased movies that are not available on M-GO. Look for an email message from us with full details or go directly to M-GO at http://www.mgo.com/redboxinstant and follow the instructions provided.
